F'list, you are needed.
May. 15th, 2007 03:20 pmRL has put me on spin cycle for the last week, and all I can say is, I'm really dizzy and disoriented and want it to stop.
But that's neither here nor there at the moment; this post is an appeal to you, all-knowing f'list. I need you connoisseurs of beefcake to settle an argument for me.
See, my husband and I were watching season 2 of Slings & Arrows (which, for the record, is not as brilliant as season 1, but still a lot of fun), and I happened to mention that the actor playing Romeo was, well, stunningly gorgeous. My husband kind of gave this a "yeah, whatever," and said I'm predictable -- that I have a type, and this guy (David Alpay) fits it. When I asked for further evidence of this type of mine, he cited two other actors he knows I've crushed on: Michael Rosenbaum (as Lex -- out of character, he's not as interesting to me) and Jude Law (though only the young Jude Law; he just seems too skeezy lately, but in years past, before I knew of his nanny-boffing, Siena-Miller-affiancing ways, he made me drool).
Now, it seems to me that other than all being really easy on the eyes, these guys don't look anything alike. What do you think? ( Photos after the cut. )
