kassrachel has just directed my attention to this hilarious blog post about the single gayest comic ever printed, in which Superman and Batman shack up for a night. They share their emotions and ease each other's troubled hearts; they "fit each other like hand and glove" (that'd be the COMIC I'm quoting, not the blog); they do battle with some staggeringly obvious phallic metaphors -- which, upon the battle's completion, start copulating with each other; and they embrace. Rather a lot.
Sometimes slash is totally in the eye of the beholder. This'd be one of those times when it's not.
